Overview

To redesign the product ordering, payment processing, and invoicing experience into a user-friendly experience to minimize confusion and free up the onboarding process.


My Role

As the only designer, I was responsible for the UX/UI design of the entire experience. My contributions included: competitive research, requirement writing, user testing, creative direction, user flows, wireframes, rebranding, usability testing, final designs, and developer handoff.
